Information - Comvita Bee Pollen Granules
Comvita® Bee Pollen is known as a ‘natural multi-vitamin’ as it is a source of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
Comvita Bee Pollen Granules are created from pollen collected by the honeybees from the forests and pastures of New Zealand, carefully dried and processed to ensure there is no damage or oxidation of the vital nutrients.
Use
Take one tablespoon (15g) of granules with food in the morning. Larger quantities (up to 30g daily) may be taken to support stamina and athletic performance.
Ingredients
Bee Pollen Granules contain:
- Iron - essential for the flow of oxygen throughout the body.
- Protein - more than beef on a gram for gram basis.
- B vitamins - may help support stress management.
