API Health UMF 20+ Active Manuka Honey has a Unique Manuka Factor rating of 20% making it suitable internally for digestive support and externally for wound care.
UMF 20+ reflects the level of non-peroxide activity (20%). The honey was independently tested by a New Zealand laboratory.
The New Zealand honey industry has registered UMF® (Unique Manuka Factor) as a trade mark to identify Manuka Honey with a high antibacterial component. ApiHealth is a licensed member of the AMHA (Active Manuka Honey Association). ApiHealth UMF Licence # 1052.
